Privacy

Last updated: April 2026

Feral Empire HQ is operated by Not Just Any Media Ltd (Davenport House, Green Street Green Road, Dartford, Kent, DA2 8DP, United Kingdom). This page explains the data the bot itself handles. For the wider privacy policy covering Not Just Any Media’s website and services, see notjustanymedia.com/privacy-policy.

What the bot saves

When you chat with Feral Empire HQ, we save the conversation so we can understand what visitors actually need and improve the bot over time. For each turn we save:

What the bot does NOT save

If an email address or phone number accidentally appears in a message you type, it is automatically scrubbed and replaced with [email] or [phone] before the message is saved.

Where it’s stored

Conversation logs are stored in a Google Sheet via Google Apps Script. Google acts as our data processor under standard Google Workspace terms — the log is not shared with any other third parties.

Lawful basis

Under UK GDPR we rely on legitimate interest — specifically, to monitor and improve the quality of guidance Feral Empire HQ gives visitors, and to understand which offers match which needs. We do not sell, rent, or share your conversation data.

How long we keep it

Conversation logs are kept for 12 months, after which they are deleted. We may retain anonymised, aggregated statistics (e.g. “40% of April visitors asked about content”) indefinitely, because those cannot be used to identify any individual.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Because we do not store an identifier that links logs back to you personally, the practical route is to email us with enough context to locate the conversation (approximate date, topic). Contact: notjustanymedia@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

Feral Empire HQ does not use tracking cookies. We use one piece of sessionStorage in your browser: the anonymous session ID. It is wiped automatically when you close the browser tab.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
